Our initiative is dedicated to those lesser known scholars who have made immeasureable impact on the sciences of health, medicine, art, research and community. We have partnered with parks and recreation across the country to place a storytelling bench in parks representing their contributions.

The initiative goal is to place one bench in each state of the United States, further preserving the legacy and stories of our history.

 

Our work is rooted in culture, visioned with community and purposed for equity in education.
