About the event

Hailed out of Staten, Island, New York at Seaview Hospital, the incredible story of 300 African American nurses who risked their lives to care for patients with tuberculosis when there was no cure and white nurse's refused. This documentary gives homage to Black Angel, Marjorie Tucker Reed. She interviews right before her death.
